The personal data collected within the scope of the Hazz application is processed by the Hazz Application in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. The Hazz application collects the following information to enable the people you interact with to recognize you and establish accurate connections:

• During registration: Name-Surname, Date of Birth, Profile Photo, Gender, Email, Biography, and other details.
• Information resulting from your usage habits: Your actions, activities, advertisements you are interested in, your connections, messages, and interactions with other users.
• Information obtained by other users.
• Information obtained from persons and institutions.

• Managing interactions through artificial intelligence accounts.

Hazz Membership Terms and Rules

This document outlines the points Hazz users should pay attention to and the rules that must be followed while using the application. By using the application and becoming a member, everyone is deemed to have read and accepted this agreement. If you do not comply with these rules, please cancel your Hazz membership and do not use the application. This agreement explains the terms of use, membership conditions, and rules that users must adhere to. Users agree to comply with this document. Using Hazz means accepting this agreement.

Hazz members and visitors agree to comply with all the rules stated in the application. They declare and undertake that they will use the application appropriately for its purposes and will not engage in unlawful or unethical activities.

When registering with Hazz, users are asked for personal information such as date of birth, gender, country, name and surname, and email. Additionally, users are required to upload a photo. Membership verification is done via email, and the responsibility lies with the user in case of providing incorrect information. (If misleading information is detected, Hazz officials may close the user account.)

Hazz reserves the right to make changes to all matters mentioned in this agreement. If changes are made, users will be notified, and using the application will mean accepting these changes.

Services Offered on Hazz

The Hazz application allows users to communicate with artificial intelligence accounts and other users. These include:

• Sending Match Requests: Users can send mutual interaction requests to other members and artificial intelligence accounts. After a match is made, members can follow each other's current status updates.
• Sending Messages: Members can communicate with other members by sending written messages. The cost of sending a message is 25 Gold.
• Sending Likes: Members can send likes to show positive reactions to other members. The cost of sending a like is 10 Gold.
• Sharing Photos: VIP members can share photos with other members. Each photo costs 250 Gold.

Members should consider legal consequences while using all these features and act responsibly. All responsibility lies with the members, and Hazz Application does not bear any responsibility.

Users who purchase Hazz Gold will receive their gold within 1 business day after the purchase transaction. Gold will be used for services such as sending messages and adding friends to artificial intelligence accounts. The right to change prices rests with the Hazz company.

Usage Principles

Hazz Gold can be used for services such as sending messages and adding friends to artificial intelligence accounts. However, it is prohibited to use Hazz Gold for other purposes, and accounts of members who engage in such uses may be closed.

Purchase Transactions

Purchase transactions will be carried out through third-party applications, and once the purchase is confirmed by the customer, the payment will be completed, and the gold will be credited to the user's account.

Right of Return and Cancellation

If the product is not provided as desired or a return request is made, an alternative product will be offered first, and if this offer is not accepted, the return process will be initiated. Return transactions will be completed within 5 business days.

VIP Membership

The VIP membership fee is 500 Gold, and VIP members have the right to share photos.

User Age

By logging into Hazz and starting to use it, users are deemed to have declared that they are over 18 years old. Hazz acts based on users'declarations.

User Information

Members should check the information provided during membership and verify its accuracy. In case of incorrect information, the correction request is the responsibility of the user.

Communication Rules

Users declare that they will not engage in racist, insulting, or derogatory speech. Such behavior may result in legal proceedings and account restrictions.

Application Usage

The application should be used for general moral purposes. Sharing sexual, pornographic, or +18 content is prohibited, and such behavior may result in account closure.

Promotions

Hazz reserves the right to distribute Gold for promotional purposes. The duration and amounts of these promotions are determined and may be changed by Hazz.

Users who do not comply with these rules may face account closure and legal sanctions.

Principles Regarding the Service:

Hazz reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend, change, or discontinue the services offered, in whole or in part. In this case, users do not have the right to claim compensation. Hazz is not responsible for any damages arising from delays in the provided services. However, necessary steps will be taken to resolve the issue if users report any delays.

Principles Regarding Intellectual and Industrial Rights:

All intellectual and artistic products, as well as other design and usage rights on Hazz, are protected by Law No. 5846 on Intellectual and Artistic Works. All intellectual property rights on Hazz are owned by the Hazz Application. Users do not have the right to use or reproduce any content without permission. Users must obtain permission before using any content.

Confidentiality and Data Protection Principles:

User information and data are kept confidential and are not shared with third parties without explicit user consent. However, this information may be shared if there is a legal obligation.

Conflict Resolution Principles:

In case of disputes, users agree to solve the issue through mutual negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, users accept that the Courts of Istanbul will have jurisdiction.

Final Provisions:

Hazz may change these rules when necessary. Users are deemed to have accepted these changes by continuing to use the application. Hazz reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if users violate these rules. Users must act in accordance with these rules while using the Hazz Application.
